You will want these to be clear, positive intentions for yourself, and should be at least 50% believable by you. Here’s why: If you don’t believe it’s at least somewhat possible to have what you are asking for then the ego will find ways to self-sabotage so you don’t get it. Here’s an example of what the intentions could look like: “It’s my intention to receive ____ (amount of money) or more a month.” Or, “My intention is to have wonderful work that supports me well in every area of my life.” Or, “I intend to experience radiant health by nurturing, supporting and loving my body with healthy foods, fresh water and fun exercise.” Or, “It’s my intention to experience a more peaceful, loving planet.” Are you getting the idea?

When you are done writing your intentions write this below them, “This or something better for the highest good of all concerned”. The reason we want to include that is because the Universe may have something even better in mind for us and we don’t want to limit ourselves in any way. Remember, there is no right or wrong here, these are just some guidelines to help you get the most out of this experience.

Intentions are very powerful when stated publicly to the Universe, but if you don’t want to share them you can just write your name and “this or something better for the highest good of all concerned”. It’s best to not “intend” things for other people as you could be unknowingly messing with their Karma or what their soul has set up for them. However, if you simply want light sent for their highest good (whatever that may be) you are welcome to post their name and ask for light. Example: Susan Jones – Light for the highest good. Also, if you know someone who could use some help, or light, right now, please invite them to join us so they can post their own intentions.

Here’s the really fun part – We all get to support each other! So, after you post your intentions, simply send light for the highest good of all concerned to your intentions and to everyone else who has, or may still, post theirs. Again, the reason we want to send light “for the highest good” is that we don’t want limit ourselves or anyone else. Also, light is VERY powerful and can be sent now or ahead in time. So if you want to read through all the posts and send light to each one, you can, or you can simply send light to the whole page and ahead to anyone else who may post on it.

I will be on and off the Facebook page throughout the day sending light, in between working with clients. Once I have sent light to your post, I will “like” it, just so you will know that light has been sent, and more is on its way.

Remember that creating and stating your intentions during this time is like planting seeds in super rich, fertile soil. To give that seed (intention) every chance possible to grow, we need to water it and give it sunshine. The light you, and everyone else, will be sending is the sunshine. You water your seed by taking actions steps in the general direction of what you want. When you take even one small step, then next one will show up. Don’t worry about the “how’s”, just start moving toward what you want and let the Universe take care of the rest.

Many of you have been asking me about 11-11-11, what it means for you and what do you need to do, if anything. First of all the good news is that we are doing another FREE Facebook event on 11-11-11 and secondly, below, I have shared some of the info that I have been channeling from the masters, teachers and angels that work through me, about 11-11-11. There is a lot of info floating around out there about this date, from many different sources. Please trust what feels right to you (what your inner voice, or heart, is saying) about this date, and any other so called “special” date, just like everything else in life.

11-11-11 is another opportunity check in with ourselves about what we want next, to create clear intentions, and start taking some action toward those intentions. It’s also a time to align more fully with the truth of who we are and why we are here. We are in a time of powerful manifestation. It’s important to pay attention to your thoughts and keep them positive, focusing only on what you want. The Universe is paying attention to your thoughts, words and actions. What you think about, speak about and take action on right now will be very powerful. This is why it’s so important to be mindful of focusing on what you want to create and experience, even if it’s very different from what you currently have.

If you have debt and are focusing on how to get out of debt, all the Universe hears is “debt” and that’s what you will get more of. If you focus on creating wealth, new opportunities, abundance, etc., that’s what you will get more of. If you want a romantic partner, focus on the love you have inside of you already and start sharing that love with yourself and those around you in greater ways, instead of feeling lonely or like you “need” a partner. Be careful of what thoughts you allow to linger in your consciousness. If a negative thought shows up simply say, “thank you for sharing” and refocus your energy on the positive. Be even more aware of the words you speak, as they are very powerful. Start affirming that you already have want you want – “I am so grateful for all of my wealth and abundance and that it’s so easy to pay for anything I need” or “I am so excited about my new job” or “I am feeling, and looking, great today.”

Not having clear intentions is like going into a restaurant and telling the waiter you don’t know what you want. The waiter will keep coming back to ask you and might even just stand there staring at you, waiting for you to decide. How can the Universe bring you anything unless you put a clear order in? Not having a clear intention to focus on can be dangerous too, as the Universe will start to bring you more of whatever you happen to be focusing on – being unhappy, stressed, tired, frustrated, confused, etc. If you feel like you don’t know what you want, pick something, anything, big or small to focus on – a new car, a new job, a windfall of money, a date for Friday night, connecting with your joy, your heart, or your intuition – it doesn’t matter, just pick something and as you start moving toward it, clarity will come about the other things you want.

Write down your intentions leading up to 11-11-11 and then on that day take a few moments to read those intentions and state clearly to the Universe what you are co-creating. Breathe into your heart and ask yourself, “what is my first step in creating ___?” or “how can I bring myself into alignment with ____ (what you want)?”

If you have been feeling or hearing inner guidance or Divine guidance telling to do something (leave a job, open a business, stop eating certain foods, leave a relationship, take better care of your body, etc., etc., etc.) it is time to listen. These messages are here to support us in coming into alignment and when we pay attention to them (even though it might feel scary) all kinds of wonderful things can start to happen for us.

The date of 10-10-10 is giving us a wonderful opportunity to check in, create clear intentions for ourselves and start making some changes to come into alignment with our reason for being here on Earth. You can step into this new energy with confidence and courage knowing that the Divine is here to support you.

The number “1” represents that we are all one and we are all connected through our thoughts. It’s time to really start paying attention to your thoughts and what you are focusing on. It’s important to focus on your desires rather than your fears. “1” is also a straight line, it is in ALIGNMENT. When we are in alignment the energy starts to flow and can carry us to what we need and want.

The number “0” represents the infinite source (God). “0” is a circle with no beginning and no end. Step into the circle of infinite source. Pray, meditate, and ask for what you want as the Divine is here to support you.

The number “10” is a very powerful number. It’s about letting go of any negative thoughts and having trust and faith in infinite source and coming into greater alignment with your purpose, truth and calling for being here right now. “10” is about trusting the Divine guidance that you are, and have been, receiving and taking action on it. Stay positive and keep focused on what you want while coming into alignment with your path, truth and calling.

10-10-10 is a magical date. Set very clear intentions leading up to, and on, this date. Focus on bringing your body, mind, soul and heart into alignment on that day and spend a few moments reviewing, clarifying and stating your clear intentions. Take some quite time to pray or meditate and tune into your own intuition to see what messages are available for you. There will be an energetic opening available for all humans to step through, if you wish. You can step through simply by intention and focusing your thoughts in a positive, uplifting place, affirming that you are coming into alignment with your truth. If you choose to step through, the energy on the other side will feel more balanced, gentle and smooth, and it will also flow more rapidly so that it can carry you to your heartfelt desires.

Direct Channeling

Several of you who have had sessions with me before know that sometimes the Angels, Archangels, Highest Masters and Teachers of Light, and even God have spontaneously decide that they are going to channel directly through me during a session. In the past, they have only done this when they felt they had a really important message to get across and they really needed the client to listen.

Over the last few months I have been getting very strong messages about doing more Direct Channeling (as they are currently calling it) and taking it to a larger audience. They tell me that they have VERY IMPORTANT messages that people need to hear right now and this is the best way for them to do that. Well, after a very loving, but strong, kick in the booty from my Angels I am making it happen. Along with the Awakening sessions I am now also offering sessions of Direct Channeling. I recently did a private channeling session for two amazing lightworks. During part of this session the Highest Masters and Teachers of Light channeled through me a general message for public to hear. They asked us 3 times to make sure we shared this message with others.

Below are the notes that were taken by one of the participants during the private session on Friday, September 3rd, 2010. I am sharing them here with you as a way to answer their request to help get this message out.  They tell me that there will be more messages coming in many different formats. With their permission, I have shared with you what I can from this session while respecting the privacy of each of the participants that were present. The words in italics are what were spoken by the Highest Masters and Teachers of Light through me (Alanna).

We are so happy to be here. We come here with open hearts. We ask you to be here with open hearts to hear our message. There is a lot of information to be brought forward. We ask that you listen through ears of loving. We are grateful for the opportunity to be with all the beings here.

Let us all breathe together. The energy is intense. There is so much happening in the world. So many humans are afraid and not sure why they are afraid. They feel like they are afraid for their lives. They have no reason to be afraid. As people become more awake in consciousness, the ego is afraid of dying. It may feel like they are dying physically, but they are not. It’s important to tell the humans to stay calm and focused. It’s important to act from a place of love, compassion and kindness. Do you understand the message? The participants said yes. Can you relay this message? The participants said yes.

People need to stay focused on what they want to create and how they can be of service to others; otherwise they will be lost in the undercurrent of the changing tides. We want to help humans. It is hard for us to help everyone so we need your help. This is why we come to people like you, the lightworkers. You are willing to listen. We need others to listen as well.

There is much sadness in the world and needless suffering right now. God does not want humans to suffer or struggle. It is a misunderstanding taught by many religions that humans need to suffer or that God wants you to suffer. This makes us sad that people think they need to suffer. This is the furthest thing from the truth. God is LOVE and LOVE is the furthest thing from suffering.

To help others we have to help them find their heart, the peace inside them. We all need to focus on what is good in our life and let that energy carry us forward.

We are at a crucial turning point. The world is slightly off its axis or out of balance between light and dark or fear and love. There is so much needless struggling. It is up to the light workers to help bring people back into balance. Let go of doubt and any false illusion. Step fully with both feet, with both eyes open, and your heart fully open into the loving, into the light. We are here to teach this to you. You are here to help spread the message. Do you understand? The participants said yes. Carry it forward.

The next 2 years and beyond are very important. Every year will grow more intense in energy. Great changes will occur and great shifts will happen. Be the bearer of this message. Please carry it for us to help others to know and to see the truth. People are too afraid to see the reality, too afraid to open their physical or psychic eyes. People need their physical eyes open. Opening their psychic eyes is up to them. This is a choice that people have. If they choose to awaken in consciousness then they will be carried through this time with grace and ease. If they hide or stay in fear they may get lost in the undercurrent of the changing tides and have to learn their lessons in the next lifetime. Our souls are here to learn. We can all become more “awake”.

Animals also know of this shift. They are trying to help hold the energy for you and to help you transmute your fears, negativity, pain and suffering. This is why they will sit on your lap, touch you, or kiss you. They want to help you. They are precious beings of light and they have their own soul mission, journey and purpose. They are also here to learn, grow and heal- just like humans. Animals are here to support you, and you are here to support them. It is a beautiful loving exchange of energy.

A lot is going to happen in the next few months. The steps you take will determine the outcome for each of you. There is a lot to be done in the last few months of this year. We will give you assignments. Listen and watch for our messages and be open to them. They will appear to you very clearly. You will know. Please take these assignments and do them. Do not ignore these messages. It frustrates us when you ask for help or guidance and then ignore it when we give it to you. If you feel us push or pull you or give you an intuitive impression please take note!

We are in a time of great change right now. The energy is shifting faster than I ever remember, at least what I am feeling and experiencing of it. I believe this is because of the Universal shifts that are coming related to 2012. There is a lot of fear based energy out there about 12-21-2012. I personally don’t buy into the fear based information but I do believe we are in for a BIG change. If you don’t know anything about this shift and want to, I suggest Gregg Braden’s book “Fractal Time” http://www.greggbraden.com/books_audios_videos In my opinion he explains 2012 in a non-fear based manner. In short, Mr. Braden says “December 21st of the year 2012 signals the end of a long and mysterious cycle of time—a Great World Age that began 5,125 years ago.”

So, back to my theory…intuitively I feel like we are being given a chance to heal some of our deepest issues before stepping into the new cycle after 12-21-2012. I believe this is the time for us to clear old patterns, beliefs, hurt, and pain that has been holding us back, or keeping us in the energy of suffering. Our unresolved issues are being triggered so that we can heal them. Those who choose to work with and heal the material that is coming up for them will move through this transition and forward into this new era with more grace, ease and peace. Those who fight it, are unwilling to look at their issues, or choose to stay in the struggle are going to have a much more difficult time during this transition.

We all have a choice here. Besides, who really WANTS to struggle? Many people don’t realize that they actually have a choice in the matter. You do! We might not have a choice as to what happens to us, or control over the things around us, but we can choose how we think, feel and act as we go through it.

It is time for us to step up, take care of ourselves and our issues, so that we can then support and encourage those around us in doing the same. You don’t have to do this alone. There are many others out there experiencing very similar things and feelings right now. In the last week or so I have noticed another energy shift, although I wasn’t fully aware of what it was until the last couple days. Everyone seems to be experiencing this new energy in different ways, but many that I have spoken with are feeling tired and energetically drained, and some are having trouble sleeping.

We will all feel this shift differently depending on where we are physically as well as where we are in our lives. I have been meditating on this and what has come forward is that there are a lot of physical shifts happening with our earth right now (earthquakes in Haiti, torrential rains on the West Coast, tornados, mudslides and flooding in SoCal, etc). Our earth is in a time of transition, which creates a shift in the energy we are all feeling.

I feel like the earth is trying to give us a wake-up call. I’m not yet 100% clear on the message, but my sense is that it’s about us taking better care of our home (the earth), our people (meaning ALL humans), and ourselves (body, mind and spirit).

So what do we do when there is seeming tragedy, destruction, and crisis everywhere we turn? Well, we have a choice. We can either get wrapped up in the energy of it all, or we can step back and call in the light, and ask what we can do to help, without getting sucked into the negativity. Here’s the thing, when we get all wrapped up in the drama, sadness and tragedy of what is happening our energy starts leaking toward what is going on, but it’s usually fear-based energy so it’s not really helping anyone. In the meantime, we start feeling exhausted and don’t have the physical energy to properly take care of ourselves or those around us that need our assistance.

We would be better off if we can learn to hold in the loving and consciously send light and prayers for the highest good. In doing it this way we are not draining our energy, we are actually renewing it. When we send light, light is sent back to us. When we send fear, fear is sent back to us. Whatever we are putting out there is what we will be experiencing more of.

I would lovingly suggest that we all watch, listen, and read as little fear-based information as possible at this time. A lot of what is coming through the media is fear-based information. Secondary PTSD is real. We all have different levels of energetic sensitivity and some may actually be taking on the pain and suffering of other people unknowingly, which really doesn’t help anyone. I’m not telling you to turn a blind eye, or deaf ear to what’s going on in the world. I’m suggesting that you take care of yourself and your energy so that you can help hold the light and truly help those who really need it. The only thing we have control over is how we choose to go through it physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, and how we choose to support ourselves and others in the process.

Here is a prayer to help support and assist all of us at this time. I would suggest seeing yourself being bathed in beautiful golden-white light before during and after saying it:

Mother/Father God, Divine Creator of all, I ask that you please cleanse my body, my mind and my energy field of any fear-based or negative energy, and anything else that is no longer serving my highest good. Please reveal to me the best way I can serve at this time. I send love, light, healing, blessings, and peace for the highest good to all that may need it around the world. May all of us as humans be blessed, held in the light and in your loving arms. May we find a loving, peaceful way to unite and understand that we are all one. May we find ways to support each other and this beautiful earth that is our temporary home until we return home to you, our Divine Creator.

The good news is that things should start to feel lighter in the next week or two, as it looks like this energy will be shifting again. I know in my heart that in truth we are all safe, loved, and blessed, no matter what happens in our physical human experience. Please take care of yourself and each other. I will be holding you in the light for the highest good.
